Dorian Color offers commercial digital imaging services as well as photographic and inkjet print products, while continuing to offer exhibition quality prints for galleries, museums and professional photographers.

In using both light sensitized media in a traditional photographic process as well as digital imaging and ink jet technologies we are able to offer our clients the finest and most appropriate products to meet their requirements.

All of our color print products offer true continuous tone images with precise graphics, complex gradations and intense and accurate color.

For black and white printing we merge laser technology with the finest inks and fiber based papers to produce prints with dramatic tonal structure.

We also use digital methods to convert color to black and white to achieve unparalleled control over the tonal structure of images. All RGB images are composed of three black and white channels. If an image contains a significant variety of hue and saturation there will be dramatic differences in the tonal structure of an image. We use the differences in the tonal structure of the separate channels to control conversions from color to black and white by mixing the channels.
