ELIZABETH SCHULTZ GALLERY
Elizabeth Schultz grew up in Medford, Massachusetts and began photographing alternative bands when she was 15 years old. In 2006 she headed west to the City of Roses: Portland, Oregon. There she attended the University of Portland where she studied Business Marketing, Management, and Communications. In 2008 Elizabeth moved back east to continue her education at Providence College where she is currently in her senior year. She plans to graduate in May of 2010 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Photography has been a passion of hers since her early high school years. Elizabeth's work has progressed considerably from the first few black and white prints she developed in her high school’s dark room. Today Elizabeth is proud to showcase her collection of published and award-winning work, including those recognized by the Fox 25 News.
While Elizabeth does not limit herself to any particular concentration, her main focus lies primarily in photographing live musical performances. Fusing together her passion for photography and music, Elizabeth has photographed alternative rock bands around the country covering national and large scale music festivals including the Van’s Warped Tour and WFNX’s Best Music Poll. Collectively, Elizabeth has photographed hundreds of bands including those on labels such as Epic, Epitaph, Island, the Militia Group, Solid State, Tooth and Nail, Triple Crown, Vagrant and Victory Records. Elizabeth continues to add bands to her resume and currently interns with the promotions department at WFNX Radio.
